Established in 2014, Hudson Table is an interactive culinary event space focusing on experiential dining in various formats. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of helping guide this cutting edge company from the outset. From scouting locations, to logo + branding development, to interior design and custom millwork fabrication, we were all up in their business (pun intended). Well, turns out they knew a thing or two about running a successful culinary school because HT (as we call them affectionately) has blossomed into a tiny culinary empire with another event space in Hoboken, a culinary school in Philly and a soon-to-be location opening in Brooklyn Spring 2021. It’s been amazing to watch them grow. Way to go guys!

Yum, Yum Anyone?
Flex your culinary muscles in a hands-on cooking class unlike any you’ve taken before. Each group of 4-5 will create every dish on the menu, first sharpening up knife skills at the prep tables before taking it behind the flame to finish your dishes. Our chefs will walk you through the end-to-end process of creating a refined meal, covering kitchen safety, culinary techniques, and how to put a beautiful meal on the table. Once the cooking is complete you’ll drop your aprons and enjoy your hard work around our communal table.
