Ginger All The Way!

Picture this: A holiday winter wonderland is being assembled along the banks of the Delaware river in Philly, PA.  In a matter of days the park will be transformed into a blinking oasis of twinkle lights and hundreds of families will descend to enjoy hot cocoa, delicious morsels and the warm glow of the holiday season.  Our job, to build a one-of-a-kind holiday Gingerbranch for PNC Bank to cater to all of these throngs of cheery winter revelers. We have some obstacles. The house has to be built with ACTUAL gingerbread, displayed outside amongst the elements, vulnerable to thousands of tiny toddler paws. However, the main obstacle?. . .the beer tent located due south of the the Gingerbranch.  It's too much to ask an overserved holiday reveler NOT to place their chompers on the side of the house and take a big bite (all jokes aside, that happened).  What could possibly go wrong? To start, we arrived for the installation and it began to rain. . .and rain. . .and rain, for THREE. WHOLE. DAYS!! Guess what? We still did it.
